To return your completed forms,as well as  secure your security packet and auto decals, please contact Mr.

Dysmas of Dysmas Security at 504-382-2306 or our Commission Chair, Corinne Villavaso at 504-905-2892.

 Appointments will be made with each homeowner.

The Lake Barrington Subdivision Improvement District Commissioners will be hand delivering a "Dysmas Security and Patrol Services" form to each occupied residence in the Lake Barrington subdivision between Thursday April 26th and Friday April 27th, 2012. 

In order to receive your security information package and decals for your vehicles, you must bring the completed form to the Lake Barrington Homeowner's Association Meeting  to be held on 

Saturday, April 28, 2012

10 am to 12 pm

at

Crown of Life Lutheran Church

11721 Morison Road

As indicated on the informational attachment to the form delivered, the signature of the deeded homeowner or the homeowner's legal Power of Attorney is required to acknowledge receipt of the decals and information package.
